Keeping cats (and woofies and other pets) out of shelters is the goal of Home to Home. In the unfortunate event that a pet must be rehomed, this program, created by our very own human shelter director, Mandy Evans at Panhandle Animal Shelter, builds a bridge between those who need to find new homes for their furry family members. We can tell you that as former shelter kitties, staying out of the shelter is the best plan.
